Why I start with systems, not AI
Most people come to me asking about AI. Fair enough, it is what everyone is being told to care about.
But the reason it fails is almost always the same. AI gets bolted onto a setup that was already struggling. The data lives in four places, the handoffs are manual, nobody is quite sure which tool is the source of truth. Adding AI to that does not fix it. It just adds another tool.
So I look at the workflow first. What your team actually does, in what order, using what. Then we cut what is dead, connect what should be connected, and put AI on the repetitive jobs where it genuinely helps. That order matters, and it is why the work sticks.
Is this a fit?
I would rather tell you on the first call that this is not a fit than take the money and both of us regret it.
We will work well together if
- You run a growing service business, roughly 5 to 50 people
- Revenue is climbing but the back office is creaking
- Someone can make a decision without a committee
- You are willing to change how things are done, not just buy more software
I am not right for you if
- You are pre-revenue. You need customers first, not systems
- You are shopping purely on price. There is always someone cheaper
- You want one-off gig work with no interest in what happens after
Where I work
Most of the work is remote. I will come to you for kickoffs and workshops where it helps.
