Busy, but your systems cannot keep up?
A free two hour session for owner-managed businesses in North Wales, where the owner is still the person everything routes through. You work on your own business in the room, so you leave with a map of where the work actually jams and what to fix first.

You are not short of work
You have got work coming in. Your team is stretched. But you are still the one chasing updates, answering the same question twice, and hunting through emails, spreadsheets and WhatsApp to find out where a job actually stands.
Most owners recognise at least three of these:
- Enquiries and live jobs tracked across a mix of tools that do not properly connect.
- Staff waiting on you before anything moves forward.
- Time going into admin that should be simpler by now.
- Software you are paying for and barely using.
- No clear view of what is in the pipeline, what is slipping, or where the capacity is.
You are not short of work. You are short of a system that keeps up with it.

This is hands on. You work on your own business during the session, so you leave with something specific to you rather than a generic framework.
- A map of how work actually flows through your business, and where it jams.
- The numbers that matter when you are growing: pipeline, conversion, workload, capacity.
- What is worth automating, and what is better kept manual.
- Where AI genuinely helps, and where it is a distraction.
Who it is for
Owner-managed businesses within about an hour of Llandudno Junction. Conwy, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Bangor, Anglesey, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham and Chester are all comfortable for a 10:00 start.
It fits best if you are established, have work coming in steadily, and you are still the person everything routes through. A team of three or a team of thirty, the problem is the same: the way you organised things at the start stops working once there is more coming through the door.
It is less useful if you are pre-revenue and still deciding what you sell, or if you already have an operations manager doing this job.
No prior tech knowledge needed. This is not a software demo and it is not a sales pitch.

Who is running it
Run by Tom Burke of Digilyse and Sally Ashe of SavvySally, working together as DistilOps. That is the name you will see when you register.
Tom takes the systems side: CRM setup, workflow automation and getting separate tools talking to each other, with hands on experience across construction, professional services, logistics and manufacturing.
Sally takes the operations side, through her fractional operations practice on Anglesey: process mapping, KPI tracking, project delivery and team coordination. She works inside client businesses rather than advising from the outside.
One of us builds the system, the other runs the day to day. That is why the session stays practical instead of theoretical.
What happens after the session varies. Some businesses take the map away and fix things themselves. Others bring us in as DistilOps for a defined piece of work or ongoing support. That is a separate conversation, and there is nothing to buy on the day.
Too far to travel?
This one is in person because the mapping work goes better in a room. If you are outside North Wales there is an online version, and you can put your name down for it now. It runs as soon as five people are on the list, and the list gets first pick of dates.
