Before your session you send five minutes of prep: examples of what you write most often, your ten most time-consuming tasks, and a Claude Pro account. Tom reviews it and builds the session around it.

Your full-day session. Tom configures your Claude workspace live, writes your system instructions, and builds 12 to 15 prompts from your actual documents. You run each one yourself as it is built.

Within 24 hours you receive your handover pack: prompt library, reference guide, and Loom recording. Your 30-day check-in is already booked before the session ends.

What do I need to prepare before the day?

My team is not very technical. Will they be able to use this?
Yes. The session is designed for non-technical teams. You run each prompt yourself during the day, so by the end of the session you already know exactly how to use everything.
How is this different from me just setting up Claude myself?
Time and precision. Most people who try to set up Claude for their business spend 10 to 15 hours getting to a basic setup that still does not quite fit their workflow.
Do I need a Claude subscription before we start?
Yes, a Claude Pro account, currently £18 a month paid direct to Anthropic. Tom sends a setup guide in advance so it is ready for your session.
What if it turns out AI Sorted is not the right fit?
Tom has a short qualifying call before every booking. If your business is not the right fit, whether that is size, type of work, or timing, he will say so.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Two instalments, £499 to book and £499 at your 30-day check-in. No third-party finance, no interest. The 3-hour guarantee still applies.
